Acceptance
By accessing nuundigital.com or any subdomain, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Ownership & content
All original content on this site — articles, research, frameworks, code samples, images, and branding — is the intellectual property of NUUN Digital Ltd. or our contributors. You may read, quote, and share it with attribution. You may not republish it in full, train a commercial large language model on it, or resell it, without our written permission.
Third-party logos and trademarks shown in case studies or client lists are the property of their respective owners and used with permission or under fair-dealing for commentary.
Your use of the site
You agree not to scrape the site aggressively, attempt to circumvent security controls, inject code, or use the site to distribute malware. Reasonable automated access (crawlers, AI summarization, RSS) is welcome — excessive or abusive access may be rate-limited or blocked.
Forms & inquiries
When you submit a form, we handle your information per the privacy policy. Submitting a form does not create a contract for services — client work requires a signed Statement of Work.
Links to third parties
We link to external research, client sites, and partner resources for context. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
Limitation of liability
Content on this site is provided for information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice specific to your situation. We do our best to be accurate but make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUUN Digital is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
