Quick answer

Sample where the brief lives. NA + MENA, proprietary.

NUUN Digital's Research & Insights practice runs quantitative and qualitative market research, online research panels, market research online communities (MROCs), omnibus surveys, ad testing, specialized syndicated studies, feasibility and market-sizing work, audience segmentation, and public opinion polling. Proprietary panels across North America and MENA. Every study ships with a method the client and a regulator could audit.

How we work.

A six-step process from discovery to measured outcome.

  1. 01

    Discover

Interviews, audits, and a written problem statement.

  2. 02

    Design

Approach options with trade-offs and pricing.

  3. 03

    Plan

Phase-by-phase plan with a single accountable owner.

  4. 04

    Build

Execution in weekly sprints, stakeholder demos every 2 weeks.

  5. 05

    Measure

Against the KPI we set in week one. No vanity metrics.

  6. 06

    Compound

Quarterly review, roadmap refresh, next bet.

Evidence-grade, decision-ready

Most research projects end with a 200-slide report and no decision. Ours end with a recommendation, a confidence interval, and a method statement you could hand to a regulator.

We publish the sampling frame, the instrument, the analysis plan, and the limits. Clients can audit the numbers. Competitors can try to replicate them. That's how we know the insight holds.

FAQ.

What is a market research online community (MROC)?
An MROC is a private online research community where 100–500 recruited participants discuss topics over weeks or months. You get the depth of qualitative and the scale of quantitative in one program, plus the longitudinal signal focus groups can't deliver. MROCs are how brands track shifting beliefs, not just one-time attitudes.
Do you own your research panels, or do you source them?
Both. We operate proprietary panels in Canada, the United States, and MENA for industries and geographies where sample quality is mission-critical. We source partner panels for volume plays and geographies where our proprietary coverage is thin. Every study ships with a panel provenance statement.
How fast can you field a study?
Omnibus — 3–5 business days. Standard quantitative on panel — 4–8 weeks including analysis. Qualitative (IDIs or focus groups) — 4–6 weeks. Tracking and MROC work — ongoing. Political polling — 48–96 hours in-field when the race requires it.
Which methodology standards do you work to?
We follow ESOMAR, ISO 20252, and CASRO standards for market, opinion, and social research. Political polling follows CRIC (Canadian Research Insights Council) and AAPOR Transparency Initiative standards. Method statements are published with every report, disclosing sample frame, weighting, and limits.
Can you handle multi-country studies?
Yes. Our North American and MENA panels are proprietary; we extend globally through audited partner panels. Cross-cultural instrument adaptation and translation QA are included for multi-country studies — that's where most international research fails, so we build it in.
Do you offer ad testing with biometric or facial-coding layers?
Yes — for campaigns where the creative decision is worth the added cost. We combine self-report scoring with biometrics (implicit response testing) so the read is both what consumers say and what their response patterns show. The method statement discloses both layers side-by-side.
How do you price a research engagement?
Fixed-fee, scoped to the instrument, sample size, and analysis depth. No hourly meters. We publish a range on each service page and finalize the quote after a 30-minute scoping call. Omnibus questions start at $2–8k per question; custom quantitative studies start around $40k.
